We keep working dogs. We know what it feels like to leave one somewhere and hope for the best — and we know the difference between a kennel that is merely clean and one that is genuinely well run.

So the plan is unglamorous: fewer dogs than the building could hold, written policies instead of improvisation, records kept on paper and in the system, and appointment windows so nobody is rushed at the gate.

We open small on purpose. The first season is about safety, consistency and earning repeat bookings — not filling every run.
